Common FAQ

1. How do i place an order? 
Simply fill up the order form to place your order. Please make sure your email address, shipping address and items ordered are correct. We will get back to you within 24 hours and provide you with the payment details.

2. If the item I want is out of stock, what should I do? 
You can write in to us and state that you'd like to get the item. We will restock the item and new stocks should arrive within 2 weeks. We will notify you through email once the item is restocked. 
(Currently not taking restock requests)

3. How long does it take to ship out my order and how long does the postal delivery takes?

We ship paid orders on every Mondays to Fridays. For local delivery, it takes around 2-3 working days.
Please only contact us if a week has passed since the posting date and you have yet to receive your order.


Accepted Mode of Payment

We only accept local POSB/DBS bank transfer. Items will be sent out  after payment is received.

Shipping and Delivery
All our items are sent via SingPost. Postage rates are as follows:











Registered mail is strongly encouraged as we are not able to track packages sent through normal mail after we post the items. Registered mail will be at an additional cost of $2.24.
